Smoothie King is seeking a Store Manager to lead teams, oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf locations, and drive sales while ensuring top-notch guest service.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for hospitality.

• Provides Exceptional Customer Service.
• Improves service by guiding staff to meet guest needs and offering feedback and coaching.
• Provides information to Managers by phone, email, or in person.

• Performs other duties to meet business needs.
• Leads local marketing initiatives and recruitment, development and coaching of store managers.

• Possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of store manager experience
• 2-3 years of area manager experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring, ability to motivate others
• Serv Safe Certified with 60 days
