10-4 Logistics USA is looking for CDL school graduates to start strong in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. The program provides training, a mentor, paid orientation, and a path to solo driving.

After solo, you can expect earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, with options for weekly or bi-weekly home time, company-paid tolls and fuel program, dispatch support around the clock, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• A satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentor-guided training program.
• Move to solo driving after training completion and mentor approval.
