Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start in our Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will begin with paid training, mentor guidance, and orientation, building skills for regional freight.

After successful training, you will drive your own assigned truck with no-touch freight, weekly/bi-weekly home time, and around-the-clock dispatch support while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• A satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive paid orientation and mentorship during training.
• Move to solo driving in your own assigned truck on Eastern regional routes.
• No-touch dry van freight as part of the job.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time as available.
• Dispatch support and safety-focused operation.
