Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start strong in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will begin with a formal training phase, earning $850 per week while mentored one-on-one and oriented for success.

Upon successful completion you’ll move into your own assigned truck with solo earnings typically between $1,600 and $1,800+ per week, with no-touch freight and weekly or bi-weekly home time options. Company-paid tolls, fuel program, and 24/7 dispatch support are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and completion of at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and communicate professionally; safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentor-led training during the training phase.
• Move to solo driving after successful completion and approval.
• Operate eastern regional no-touch dry van freight and maintain safety compliance.
