Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start in our Eastern regional dry van fleet. You’ll train with a mentor, attend paid orientation, and earn $850 per week during training.

After you go solo, you’ll drive your own assigned truck with weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ and no-touch freight. Benefits from day one include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Undergo paid orientation and mentor-led training.
• Train one-on-one with a mentor to prepare for solo driving.
• Move to solo driving after successful completion of training.
• Operate in Eastern regional dry van routes with no-touch freight.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory compliance throughout training and solo phases.
