Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will start with a training phase earning $850 per week, then transition to solo driving with an assigned truck and earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

The program includes mentorship, paid orientation, no-touch freight, and 401(k) retirement plan options. Weekly or bi-weekly home time and round-the-clock dispatch support are provided.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• A satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements are also required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training phase with a mentor to build confidence and experience.
• Complete paid orientation and training until approved for solo driving.
• Move to a solo driving role with assigned truck and regional routes; expect weekly pay.
