10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates for an entry-level driver training program in the Eastern region. Trainees earn during training and advance to solo driving with their own assigned truck.

During training, you receive one-on-one mentoring, paid orientation, and weekly pay. After completion, you move into a solo role with earnings potential of $1,600–$1,800+ per week on Eastern regional routes and no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• A satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements are also required.

Responsibilities

• Learn in a mentor-driven training program with paid orientation.
• Move to solo driving after completing the program and approval.
• Drive the Eastern regional dry van fleet, with no-touch freight and home time options (weekly or bi-weekly).
