Job summary

10-4 Logistics is currently hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. Trainees receive mentorship, paid orientation, and weekly pay during training, with a path to solo driving on Eastern regional routes.

During training you earn $850 per week, and after graduation you can expect $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and complete CDL-school instruction.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete mentor program training and graduate to solo driving.
• Operate no-touch dry van freight on Eastern regional routes under supervision.
• Participate in orientation and training activities.
