Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You’ll train one-on-one with a mentor, complete paid orientation, and build skills for regional freight.

Training pays $850 per week and continues until you are ready to go solo and drive your own truck. Once solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week with no-touch freight, round-the-clock dispatch support, and benefits from day one including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT & FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• During Training: earn $850 per week and train one-on-one with a mentor.
• Complete paid orientation and build skills for regional freight.
• After training, drive your own assigned truck in the Eastern regional dry van fleet.
