10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start in our Eastern regional dry van fleet with mentor support and paid orientation. Earn $850 weekly during training, with transition to solo driving earning $1,600–$1,800+ per week in the assigned truck.

Weekly or bi-weekly home time is available, with benefits starting from day one including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). Dispatch support and policies for pets and riders are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Professional communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid orientation and mentor-supported training.
• Progress to solo driving after completing the mentor program.
• Operate in Eastern regional dry van fleet with no-touch freight.
