Responsibilities

• Serve as veterinary technical resource for product support and guidance.
• Handle inquiries from veterinarians, staff, and animal owners via phone/email.
• Contribute to safety reporting and PV documentation according to SOPs.
• Provide technical information, literature requests, and adverse event support.
• Support product launches and training at conferences and clinics.
