Job summary

Aerogen is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to lead and develop the ACE team across a defined geography. You will partner with sales and health-system leaders to align clinical education with commercial priorities and ensure effective deployment of resources.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in medical devices/clinical education, with leadership experience and a clinical license preferred. The role requires travel up to 50% and offers impact across enterprise-level education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or experience equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry, clinical education, or related clinical field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports.
• RT, RN, or equivalent clinical license/background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage Aerogen Clinical Educators (ACEs) within assigned geography.
• Develop and execute regional Clinical Education strategy aligned with priorities.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to align priorities and resources.
• Establish expectations for strategic account planning and education quality.
• Monitor ACE capacity, travel, and regional activity to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Health System Clinical Specialists on enterprise strategies.
