Job summary

Aerogen is seeking a Clinical Educator (ACE) to drive education plans across assigned accounts and territories, supporting adoption and expansion of Aerogen technology. This field-based role partners with Account Managers and Regional Sales leaders, focusing on clinical outcomes and education strategies that enable successful implementation and sustained practice change.

The ACE role requires strong clinical knowledge, the ability to translate evidence into education, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist, RN, or equivalent.
• Current RT, RN, or equivalent clinical license.
• Acute care clinical experience required; ICU/ED preferred.
• Medical device or clinical education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-specific clinical education strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand account strategy and stakeholders.
• Prioritize Clinical Education activity based on readiness and impact.
• Deliver high-quality education via product evaluations, programs, and presentations.
• Support implementations from planning to post-implementation follow-up.
• Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and understand workflows.
• Identify clinical champions to support ongoing education and expansion.
• Expand Aerogen utilization across departments and patient populations.
• Maintain engagement and follow-up within strategic accounts to support adoption.
• Collaborate with Health System Specialists and corporate teams for alignment.
• Support multi-site implementations and cross-regional education.
• Cooperate with peers to provide cross-territory education support.
• Communicate clinical evidence and Aerogen value to customers and partners.
