Job summary

Exponential Power is seeking a Regional Service Manager-East to oversee Field Service Lead Technicians across the East Region. This role schedules work for East Region Technicians within NetSuite in collaboration with Project Managers and ensures timely, accurate reporting and billing paperwork.

The RSM-East will train technicians, maintain quality and safety audits, and serve as the main contact for department issues, ensuring clear communication with customers via PMs or directly when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service teams and scheduling technicians.
• Knowledge of telecom repair and installation and DC power systems.
• Ability to train technicians and ensure quality and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job site work and tech crews on site.
• Schedule technicians and manage timesheets and expenses.
• Ensure scheduling program accuracy and communication with customers/PMs.
• Provide technical support to PMs, sales, technicians and customers.
• Attend to attendance, reliability and professional ethics.
