Exponential Power is seeking a Regional Service Manager-East to lead Field Service Lead Technicians across the East Region. This role coordinates scheduling in NetSuite with Project Managers and serves as primary contact for department issues, ensuring timely communication to customers.

The RSM-East ensures technicians are trained, reports are thorough, and paperwork for billing is completed. A strong knowledge of telecom repair, installation, DC power systems, and field equipment is required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee job site work and tech crews at site
• Performs administrative duties to schedule techs
• Ensures the scheduling program accuracy
• Assists with project quotes as needed
• Timesheet approvals
• Expense approvals
• Scheduling of all service technicians
• Quality Control audits and safety audits
• Provide technical support to PMs, sales, technicians and customers
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Share information with team leads and drive efficiencies
• Train technicians to ensure proper competency and promotion readiness
• Maintain attendance and adhere to company policies and ethics
