Exponential Power in Baltimore seeks a Regional Service Manager-East to oversee field service lead technicians and coordinate scheduling for the East Region. You will ensure proper training, thorough reporting to customers and PMs, and timely paperwork for billing.

The role requires telecom repair/installation expertise and DC power systems knowledge, plus leadership to drive safety audits, quality controls, and customer satisfaction across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom repair and installation
• Knowledge of DC power systems and service equipment
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities
• Ability to train and supervise field technicians
• Excellent reporting and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee job site work and technician crews at site
• Perform administrative duties to schedule technicians
• Ensure scheduling program accuracy
• Assist with project quotes as needed
• Approve timesheets and expenses
• Schedule all service technicians to optimize asset use and profitability
• Maintain quality and safety audits and ensure procedures are up to date
• Provide technical support to Project Managers, Sales, Technicians, and Customers
• Conduct site surveys and support MOP creation with the Service/PM team
• Maintain positive customer relationships and drive efficiency in the warehouse, including forklift operation
