Job summary

Prologis seeks a Director of Data Center Construction (East) to lead a portfolio of speculative and build-to-suit data center projects in the East region. You will build and lead construction management teams, drive safety, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments from preconstruction through turnover.

You will work with design, development, procurement, power, and customer teams to establish delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion with 30–50%

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction management or project delivery experience in data centers.
• Experience leading data center delivery through commissioning and turnover.
• Experience with critical electrical, mechanical, cooling and controls systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and risks.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project delivery teams and internal support personnel.
• Own portfolio delivery, safety, and quality for new-build and retrofit projects.
• Establish delivery plans and review performance; manage interfaces with customer work.
• Provide construction expertise during due diligence, permitting, and reviews.
• Coordinate design, procurement, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Lead stakeholder communication and resolve escalated issues.
