Placements24 is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive for a thriving hotel in East London, Eastern Cape. You will develop and execute sales plans, manage client relationships, and oversee marketing campaigns to boost room occupancy, events, and revenue growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel sales/marketing, strong digital marketing knowledge, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales and marketing or a related role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and online booking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts, group bookings, and leisure travel.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (digital, print, social media).
• Manage the hotel's online presence, including website content, social media engagement, and OTAs.
• Develop promotional packages and special offers to drive sales.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings in East London.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
