StartCare is seeking a Clinic Director for its East Harlem Clinic in Manhattan. The role oversees clinical and administrative services, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while promoting interdisciplinary teamwork to improve patient care and community health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an LCSW, 6–8 years in behavioral health, and supervisory experience, with fluency in English and Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• MSW or related master’s degree preferred; MBA/management degree acceptable as alternative.
• Experience leading behavioral health programs, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise clinical, administrative, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit readiness.
• Oversee fiscal operations, budgeting and reporting.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and quality of care.
• Provide clinical supervision and staff development.
• Coordinate with community partners and fund development activities.
