Job summary

The position reports to the Clinic Director and supports the Bushwick clinic; requires an LMSW in good standing, leadership experience, and a commitment to evidence-based practices. Full-time, on-site in Brooklyn with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker required in good standing.
• Master in HealthCare, Public Health or Business Administration preferred.
• Three years post-Masters degree experience in behavioral health treatment.
• Minimum of two years of counseling supervision experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Provides backup for Clinic Director; supports Saturday rotation.
• Oversees counselors and ensures quality patient engagement and care.
• Weekly supervisory meetings focused on case analysis and treatment planning.
• Weekly clinical supervision with the Clinic Director.
• Integrates vocational rehab and medical issues into treatment plans.
• Monitors treatment quality and documentation across systems.
• Coordinates release of treatment summaries to requesting agencies.
• Attends staff meetings; serves on a standing committee yearly.
• Gives staff training on evidence-based practices.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
