Kleinfelder is seeking a Market Manager for the East Division to lead strategy and growth across multiple sectors, coordinating sector leads and aligning with Area opportunities.

The role requires extensive experience in market development, leadership, and client engagement, with a track record of driving growth and profitability. Office-based in the East Division, with responsibilities across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading market leaders across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop sector leads.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops sector leads for Water/Wastewater, Energy, Power, Transportation, Industrial/Commercial, and Federal markets.
• Tracks and manages BD efforts division-wide to meet Market plan objectives.
• Audits and maintains East Division CRM data for planning and performance.
• Establishes annual divisional market growth goals and budgets with sector leads.
• Engages in national and local conferences to advance client relationships.
