Kleinfelder’s East Division is growing and seeking a Market Manager to lead the Division’s overall strategy and growth program across Water/Wastewater, Energy, Power, Transportation, Industrial/Commercial, and Federal sectors. The role can be based in any East Division office and requires strong leadership and client-development skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience in consulting engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of management-level experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector leads across Water/Wastewater, Energy, Power, Transportation, Industrial/Commercial, and Federal markets.
• Coordinate divisional market growth goals and budgets with sector leads.
• Maintain CRM data quality and support data-driven planning.
