Kleinfelder, a Forbes' Top Employer for Engineers in North America, is seeking a Division Transportation Market Leader to join our East Division Leadership Team and drive our Transportation Market growth strategy from Florida to Maine. This role will manage State and Local clients, teaming partners, and other providers to expand Kleinfelder’s services and geographic coverage along the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience within the Transportation Market.
• 5+ years of experience managing business development within the Transportation Market.
• Professional registration preferred; proficient with CRM, sales funnel, and client account plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for growth including 1-3-5 year plans for the Transportation Market.
• Collaborate with local areas to develop growth plans and identify key growth hires with business cases.
• Act as an account manager for select clients and build strong relationships.
• Communicate regulatory and economic market drivers affecting the Transportation Market and identify growth opportunities.
• Train and mentor client account managers in developing new and existing clients.
• Represent the company’s professional standards as a positive ambassador internally and externally.
