You will oversee budgeting, vendor management, and staff development while partnering with the Board of Directors to maintain high standards and compliance within a high-visibility service environment.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification preferred.
• 3+ years as General Manager in HOA/multifamily.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Proactive solo-operation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a premier condo community with Board liaison.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and expense management.
• Prepare and present annual budget to Board.
• Conduct property inspections ensuring quality standards.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance.
• Direct bidding for third-party services and projects.
• Mentor on-site staff and foster professional culture.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and laws.
• Oversee community meetings and Board communications.
• Respond to emergencies with on-call support.
