Background
This position is responsible for sales development in the grocery and natural retail channels as well as managing sale in all other channels (C-Stores, Club) for the snacking business on the East coast. This position is responsible for all key client relationships, selling directly to key customers, negotiation with customers and management the day-to-day activity of these customers. Responsibilities also include building additional sales capability and hiring and managing brokers as needed. This person must want to be a pioneer, be adaptable, motivated by open new accounts, being in the field and hands on in the marketplace and with rest of the Snacking team. They will be responsible for the development and execution of the annual sales plans and sales budgets within the Snack business unit. They must have a deep understanding of the distributors, brokers and customers in the East.
