Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Country Study Manager to drive study-level activities, including document management, CRO oversight, and country/region delivery alignment. You will guide feasibility, target setting, risk reviews, and regulatory document flow to ensure timely study execution across sites and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, budget stewardship, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with travel around 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/biotech/pharma on phase I–IV trials.
• 2–3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials and vendor oversight.
• Experience working with CROs and regulatory/document management.

Responsibilities

• Execute study-level activities including document creation and updates.
• Oversee CRO/vendor oversight, budgets, and timelines.
• Contribute to feasibility strategy, risk reviews, and country challenges.
• Develop and review training materials for compounds and protocols.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and communicate progress and risks.
• Support inspection readiness and process improvements at trial level.
