We partner with integrative and functional medicine clinics to offer Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) — a breakthrough, FDA-cleared treatment that targets inflammation, improves immune function, and reduces biological age. Backed by clinical research and a national network of physicians, we’re shaping the future of healthy aging.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Clinic Success Specialist to support our clinical partners across the East Coast. This role is key in ensuring the successful onboarding, training, and ongoing support of our partner clinics. You'll serve as the liaison between Circulate and our clinic partners, ensuring a seamless experience from launch to long-term success.
This position is primarily focused on account management, with opportunities to contribute to new business expansion efforts as the role matures.
-- Coordinating timelines and training schedules
-- Managing supply orders and vendor communications
-- Conducting virtual and in-person training sessions
-- Maintaining ongoing communication to keep partners aligned on deliverables and go-live timelines
-- Deepen collaboration with existing accounts
-- Introduce marketing support or resources to help clinics promote and grow TPE services
