Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Clinic Success Specialist to support our clinical partners across the East Coast. This role is key in ensuring the successful onboarding, training, and ongoing support of our partner clinics. You'll serve as the liaison between Circulate and our clinic partners, ensuring a seamless experience from launch to long-term success.

This position is primarily focused on account management, with opportunities to contribute to new business expansion efforts as the role matures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding of new clinics in your designated region, including:

-- Coordinating timelines and training schedules

-- Managing supply orders and vendor communications

-- Conducting virtual and in-person training sessions

-- Maintaining ongoing communication to keep partners aligned on deliverables and go-live timelines

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple clinics and teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner clinics, ensuring operational excellence and strong clinical performance
  • Monitor nursing coverage and availability to ensure adequate staffing across the region
  • Identify areas of opportunity to:

-- Deepen collaboration with existing accounts

-- Introduce marketing support or resources to help clinics promote and grow TPE services

-- Share content or insights that enhance adoption and awareness

  • Track clinic engagement, performance, and feedback — and proactively resolve issues or escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with the broader Business Development, Clinical, and Marketing teams
  • Support new business efforts during slower periods, helping the company scale responsibly
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic coordination, or partner success/account management (experience in wellness, aesthetics, or integrative medicine is a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to juggle multiple clinics, timelines, and priorities
  • Comfortable working with physicians, clinical teams, and C-suite executives
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling software, and cloud-based tools
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 30%
