Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring a Territory Sales Manager/Client Success Manager in the East Bay area of Northern California. You will manage a portfolio of dealerships, drive subscription revenue, and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations to help dealers grow.

You’ll travel within the territory, close deals, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers. A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or higher is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and a strong sales track

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience or a higher degree with varied experience.
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must reside/travel within assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue, retention and referral goals across your assigned territory.
• Manage sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts and drive account growth.
• Use CRM, sales enablement tools and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and provide consultative recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews using market insights and performance data.
• Leverage data to assist dealers in making educated business decisions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience.
