• Lead document control and retention for easement acquisitions.
• Acquire permits for federal lands and coordinate environmental compliance.
• Obtain appraisal and title reports to determine property value for easements.
• Negotiate rights of way with property owners and prepare related documents.
• Assist with condemnation process and prepare documents for court.
• Record legal documents for property purchases and easements.
• Prepare reports for weekly construction project status meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
