Responsibilities

• Acquire property rights and easements using negotiation skills.

• Collaborate with surveyors and data specialists to deliver results.
• Communicate with landowners, attorneys and officials to secure land rights.
• Prepare reports on right-of-way acquisition status.
• Assist with complex transactions as needed.
