Job summary

Smith Lawnscapes LLC is seeking a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance team in Michigan. You will mow, weed whip, load equipment, perform basic maintenance, follow safety procedures, and assist with winter snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Landscape, lawn care, or equipment experience preferred — training available for the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel and perform physical labor
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team

Responsibilities

Working Conditions:

Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Some weekends may be required.
