• Ability to interpret complex civil drawings and specs.
• Experience with cost estimation, bid preparation, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to determine materials and quantities.
• Use Agtek and Planswift for detailed takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with estimators and subs to negotiate pricing.
• Develop estimates including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare bid reports and maintain bid data records.
• Support handoff between estimating and project execution.
