Prince is seeking an Earthwork Foreman to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily earthwork operations on heavy highway construction projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate workforce and equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met to keep project schedules on track.

You will evaluate crew performance, resolve issues, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting cost control and efficient use of resources.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in heavy highway construction with knowledge of project scope and objectives, including grade, slope, drainage, reading plans and drawings.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and production management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with effective problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must possess a clean Florida driver’s license.
