Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting/business background preferred.
• 0–2 years of financial analysis or project control experience; substitute with 4+ years if no degree.
• Strong communication of financial information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and control project data for internal and external reporting.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work; assist with cost proposals and pricing documentation.
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasts, and cost variance analysis.
• Monitor contract baselines to ensure cost and schedule realism.
• Support development and maintenance of financial models and reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
