Job summary

BAE Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a Control Account Manager (CAM) to lead Earned Value Management and performance analysis within the Operations Value Stream.

You will report to the Operations Program Manager and drive program forecasting, baselines, and financial reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, EVMS familiarity, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree; 5 years of work or equivalent experience.
• Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines, ideally in the management of large government acquisition contracts.
• Familiarity with EVMS principles and application is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload.
• Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement Earned Value Management controls and conduct performance analysis to drive execution.
• Manage risks & opportunities and make effective business decisions.
• Ensure EAC forecasts, program baseline planning, and financial reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate positions and rational clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful program integration and drive continuous improvements.
