Job summary

Dermalogica seeks a Community Engagement Coordinator to manage PRO social channels, respond to DMs and comments, and foster real-time conversations with skincare professionals and consumers.

You will design engagement campaigns, track EMV and engagement metrics, and coordinate with Earned Social teams to optimize performance. A bachelor’s in marketing and 1–2 years in similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in community management, social media, or influencer marketing.
• Strong writing with on-brand, real-time conversation.
• Experience growing social communities; skincare audience preferred.
• Data analytics experience; interpret engagement/EMV in tools like CreatorIQ or Dash Hudson.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across PRO social channels.
• Design and run community challenges, contests, and giveaways to drive EMV growth.
• Maintain an always-on engagement calendar with recurring series and interactive stories.
• Monitor conversations and flag opportunities or issues to the team.
• Coordinate reposting of user-generated content with content and community teams.
• Analyze the voice of the community and report sentiment/themes.
