Job summary

Walgreens in Bedford, New Hampshire is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice. You'll be at the center of patient care, assisting pharmacists, helping customers, and building strong relationships as you learn through our training program.

We offer an ASHP/DOL-approved earn-while-you-learn apprenticeship, with paths toward PTCB certification and a range of pharmacy skills—from entering patient data to processing prescriptions and supporting inventory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and patient care.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a friendly, customer-centric service experience.
• Support inventory management and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
