Job summary

Walgreens Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a patient-centered team. You will work under direct supervision to assist the pharmacist, process prescriptions, and deliver a positive customer experience, while learning through an ASHP/DOL-approved apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Assist with cashiering and customer interactions to deliver a positive experience.
• Support inventory and clerical duties as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
