Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking experienced remodelers to join our contractor network in delivering high-quality home improvement installations. The role emphasizes installing products to our standards and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

3+ years in residential remodeling, cabinetry knowledge, and proper business insurance are required. We offer year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and potential earnings up to $300,000 annually

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
