Job summary

Realise Early Years is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners across Lincolnshire. You will help learners achieve Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses.

You’ll manage a caseload and use our e-portfolio system to track progress, providing personalised support along their learning journey. The role welcomes both full-time and part-time applicants, with salary options up to £31k–£33k depending on level, plus a £160 referral bonus per learner.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is essential
• An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) is essential
• Experience building and managing your own caseload
• Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS) would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting

Responsibilities

• Supporting a caseload of 40 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
• Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
• Creating appropriate solutions for learners to ensure the best experience and career development
• Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
