Job summary

Castle Education is seeking an Early Years Support Assistant to work across local nurseries. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn through play and development. Roles include supporting development, independence, and daily nursery activities in a team setting.

Flexible hours available: 8:00am–6:00pm, 8:30am–3:30pm, part-time, full-time and ad-hoc shifts. Weekly pay and ongoing CPD opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Support children's development through play-based activities.
• Assist with daily nursery routines and activities.
• Contribute to positive relationships with children and families.
• Work flexibly across different hours, including ad-hoc shifts.
