Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United States is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a dedicated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development. You will lead by example and support a team to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, Early Years experience, strong EYFS knowledge, excellent leadership and safeguarding commitment, and a DBS check will be completed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your allocated nursery room to maintain high standards of care and learning.
• Support and mentor colleagues while creating a nurturing environment for children.
