Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dedicated room, ensuring high standards of care and learning for children.

You will lead by example, mentor team members, and foster a nurturing environment where children feel safe and inspired to reach their full potential. Enhanced DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and EYFS.
• Passion for outstanding care and learning.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisation.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the allocated room to maintain high standards.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
