Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a newly opened nursery, to support children aged 0–5 with indoor and outdoor activities, helping them explore, play and learn through a nurturing approach.

You will be involved hands-on in daily care, observation, and contributing to a well-organised team of practitioners, with a focus on safeguarding and high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate learning and play activities in line with EYFS
• Observe and record children’s progress accurately
• Support key children and their families in line with care plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across rooms
• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures
• Contribute to team meetings, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
