Qualifications

You will be responsible for creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, both on-site and potentially through hybrid educational initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, possesses excellent skills in curriculum design and implementation, and is committed to fostering the holistic growth of every child, collaborating with a dedicated team in the Free State .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe and document children's progress, utilizing assessments to inform instructional planning.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
