About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Childcare Center Supervisor to oversee operations and educational programming at their facility in Welkom . This leadership role involves managing a team of childcare professionals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the center, including staff supervision, parent relations, and curriculum oversight. This is a key position within the Free State , contributing to the provision of high-quality childcare services and supporting the developmental needs of children and families in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
