About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Childhood Development Educator to join their kindergarten in Welkom . This role is dedicated to creating a stimulating and safe learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, monitor children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents to support each child's unique journey. This is a hands-on, in-person role within a vibrant community focused on providing the best start for its youngest learners in the Free State.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with early childhood development principles.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Observe and assess children's developmental progress, documenting milestones and areas for support.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development (e.g., NQF Level 4 or equivalent).
