Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical recruiting with experience hiring research scientists or engineers in robotics/AI/ML.
• Ability to read and summarize research papers and understand candidate contributions.
• Strong knowledge of labs, advisors, conferences, and staffing transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for robotics and AI/ML researchers.
• Source candidates from literature and conferences (arXiv, NeurIPS, CVPR) and GitHub.
• Build relationships with university labs and faculty.
• Leverage AI tooling to scale outreach.
• Create competency maps with hiring managers and map interviewers.
• Develop interviewer training and calibration for research assessment.
• Analyze talent competition against frontier labs and startups.
