Job summary

CodePath.org is hiring a Recruiter for Early Talent Programs (Claude Corps) to help select inaugural cohorts. This remote, United States contract role runs for six months with a full-time schedule and compensation of $40-$45 per hour.

You will own a meaningful portion of the candidate funnel from application review through structured interviews, grounded in clear competencies and a shared rubric. Expect fast-paced reviews, calibration sessions, and close collaboration with the Head of People.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting early-career talent through university programs or similar avenues.
• Proven ability to conduct structured interviews and make consistent decisions across large candidate pools.
• Strong judgment evaluating potential across diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort with high-volume screening and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with using rubric-driven hiring and calibration sessions.

Responsibilities

• Review applications against defined eligibility and selection criteria
• Conduct structured 30-minute interviews assessing motivation, learning agility, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and mission alignment
• Make timely, evidence-based recommendations about who advances to final rounds
• Score candidates using a shared competency rubric and participate in regular calibration sessions
• Maintain accurate candidate records, scorecards, dispositions, and stage changes in Greenhouse
• Meet daily and weekly screening targets while providing a clear and respectful candidate experience
• Identify funnel trends, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to strengthen the rubric, interview questions, and selection process
