This role focuses on full cycle recruitment for early-career programs, candidate attraction, and business connectivity with HR, hiring managers, and partners to determine staffing needs. You will track TA metrics and ensure compliant, branded processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in recruiting.
• Sourcing across multiple channels and recruitment technology.
• Interviewing experience to identify required skills and preferences.
• Experience presenting routine recruitment data and identifying trends.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and branding best practices.
• Understanding of local legislation impacting recruitment and hiring.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job requisitions on time and compliantly.
• Screen candidates to evaluate fit with role criteria.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and compensation packages.
• Support background checks and pre-hire processes.
